Damaged or defective items - refunds and replacements
Whilst we do ensure that our products are packed safely to protect them from damage during transit, sometimes things can go wrong.
We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. In order to replace a damaged or faulty product you first need to notify us through the designated "Contact" page or by e-mail at - firstname.lastname@example.org.
Then you must return the product to us in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange faulty or damaged goods, we undertake to reimburse you for the amount initially charged for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
Change of mind exchanges and cancellations
Change of mind exchanges will only be accepted if we receive your request prior to your order being processed. Unfortunately once a product has been shipped by our supplier we are unable to cancel your order as it will be in transit. Once an order has progressed from 'processing' to 'processed for shipping' unfortunately edits are unable to be made to orders.
Should you receive clothing that does not fit you and you wish to exchange this for a different size you must first notify us through the designated "Contact" page or by e-mail at - email@example.com.
Then you must return the product to us in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is returned to us in a damaged conditioned we will not be able to exchange the item.
Postage and packaging costs for all returns are at the buyers expense.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or defective in some way. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind after receiving your product or require the product by a certain date.
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the day of your order arriving. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
